Yes — completely free, no signup required.
Do you store my reference number?+
No. Reference numbers are passed through to the official provider portal and are not stored on our servers.
How do I find my electricity reference number?+
Look at the top of your previous paper bill from LESCO, FESCO, IESCO etc. It is a 14-digit number, usually printed in bold.
How do I find my SNGPL consumer number?+
Your SNGPL consumer number is an 11-digit number printed on your previous gas bill, near the top.
Can I pay my bill through BillCheck?+
Not currently. You can pay your utility bill using any bank app, Easypaisa, JazzCash or via 1Link at ATMs.
Why is my bill not showing?+
The provider portal may be temporarily down, or your bill for the current month may not yet be generated. Try again later or contact your provider.
Do you cover K-Electric (Karachi)?+
Yes — we link directly to K-Electric's official duplicate bill portal.
Is the bill I get from BillCheck official?+
Yes — bills are fetched from each provider's official portal.
