BillCheck Pakistan is a free directory and lookup helper. We collect the official bill-enquiry addresses of Pakistani utility providers in one place, help you format your reference or consumer number correctly, and then send you to the provider's own portal where the bill is generated and displayed.

We do not generate bills, calculate amounts, alter due dates, or process payments. Every figure you see comes from the provider.

BillCheck is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of LESCO, FESCO, IESCO, GEPCO, MEPCO, PESCO, HESCO, QESCO, TESCO, K-Electric, SNGPL, SSGC, PTCL, Nayatel, StormFiber, PITC, NEPRA, OGRA, or any other organisation named on this site. All company names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the service being described.

We work hard to keep provider links, reference-number formats, and guides accurate, and we review them regularly. Providers do change their systems without notice. If something is out of date, tell us and we will fix it. Always treat the provider's own portal as the authoritative source for your bill.

You agree not to:

• Use the site to look up bills for accounts you are not authorised to access.
• Scrape, crawl aggressively, or place automated load on the site or on the providers we link to.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, probe the administrative area, or interfere with other users.
• Copy substantial parts of our written guides or articles for republication without permission.

We may block access from any address that breaches these rules.

The design, written guides, articles, and structure of this site are our original work and are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with a visible link back to the source page. For anything more, request permission first — see the DMCA Policy for how to raise a complaint.

The site is funded by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are clearly separated from editorial content and never disguised as bill data, buttons, or download links. See our Advertising Policy for full detail.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillCheck is not liable for any loss arising from late payment, disconnection, an incorrect amount shown by a provider, portal downtime, or reliance on any guide published here. Checking, verifying, and paying your bill on time remains your responsibility.

BillCheck never takes payment from users. There is nothing to buy, no subscription, and therefore no refund policy is applicable. If any site claims to charge you on our behalf, it is not us — please report it.

We may update these terms, add or remove providers, or discontinue features at any time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
